Augusto Durlach has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Augusto currently holds the position of Head of Rewards & People Operations at IOV Labs, where they started in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the HR Admin & Analytics Head at IOV Labs from April 2021 to July 2023.

Before joining IOV Labs, Augusto worked at Technisys as the Head of Personnel Administration & Compensations from August 2016 to March 2021. Augusto also served as an HR Analyst - Personnel Administration at Technisys from February 2015 to August 2016.

Augusto Durlach has experience outside the corporate world as well. Augusto worked as a Partner at Stakeholder Consultora en Recursos Humanos from February 2013 to December 2014, specializing in Jobs, Training, Development, Internal Communications, and Organizational Climate.

Prior to joining Stakeholder Consultora, they worked at Sushi Pop as an HR Analyst, where they were responsible for various HR activities such as training programs, career planning, performance evaluations, and internal communication.

Before their career in Human Resources, Augusto gained work experience in New Zealand, where they worked in various roles to improve their English language skills.

Augusto Durlach's earlier experience includes roles at Hospital Alemán as an Analyst for Training and Development from February 2009 to July 2011, as an Administrative Assistant from March 2007 to February 2009, and as an intern from October 2006 to March 2007.

Augusto Durlach obtained a degree in Human Resources from the Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales, where they studied from 2004 to 2010. Additionally, they pursued professional culinary training, completing a program as a Professional Cook at IAG in 2005.
