Robert Seneca, GPHR, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and oversees IT and Strategic Planning at Iovino Enterprises, LLC, where efforts have contributed to recognition on prestigious lists such as FORTUNE Best Workplaces in New York and Great Place to Work-Certified. With extensive experience in human resources, Robert has held significant positions including Vice President of Human Resources at the University of Phoenix, where responsibilities include teaching Industrial Organizational Psychology, and Executive Director of Learning & Talent Management at Altice USA. Prior roles also include Global Human Resource Business Partner at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and Sr. Director of Global Learning and Talent Management at Bluegreen Corp. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University.
