Xinxin Fan, Ph.D., CISSP, serves as the Founding Member and Head of Cryptography at IoTeX since February 2018, where responsibilities include directing technical strategies and developing core blockchain and IoT technologies while creating patents. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Research Engineer at Bosch Research and Technology Center, focusing on applied research in cloud computing and embedded systems security, and a research role at the University of Waterloo managing significant research programs and conducting security research across various domains. Xinxin Fan holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo, a Master's in Information System and Telecommunication Engineering from Xidian University, and a Bachelor's in Applied Mathematics from the same institution.
