Alan Stevens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, strategic engagement, and leadership. As Head of Strategic Engagement at IOSH since March 2018, Alan collaborates globally with entities such as the ILO, WHO, and EBRD, influencing workplace safety and health initiatives. Prior to this role, Alan served as Group CEO at both VECTOR YONETIM DANISMANLIGI LTD STI and Vector Consultants for over 18 years, specializing in change management, operational excellence, and team building. Earlier in career, Alan held the position of Organisational Effectiveness Specialist at Prudential Assurance from 1990 to 2000. Educational background includes attendance at St Thomas of Canterbury and Brentwood County High School.
