Grace Smart is an experienced professional currently serving as the Destination Program Administrator at IOR Global Services since November 2021. In addition to this role, Grace also contributes as an Associate Board Member for the School of Hope Foundation, where efforts focus on enhancing the capacity of the nonprofit through time, networks, and resources. Previous experience includes a position as a Special Events Assistant at Housing Forward, where responsibilities included supporting event participation and communications, and a Social Media Intern role at the School of Hope Foundation, where Grace managed social media strategy and branding while working on-site in Kenya. Grace began a career in hospitality as a Bar Waitress at Scratch Kitchen and Lounge and holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Xavier University, awarded in 2020.
