Pollyana Dias Corrêa has held various roles in the past two decades, starting with a Financial Department Internship at TECNATEL TELECOMUNICAÇÕES in 2000. In 2001, they became a Marketing Assistant at the same company. In 2004, they moved to ELEB as a Program Administrator Assistant. In 2008, they took a Customer Service role at Huber+Suhner, followed by a Sales Analyst role at Delphi Automotive in 2010. From 2013 to 2022, they worked as an OEM Supply Chain and Aftermarket Supply Chain Analyst at Embraer. Pollyana is currently a Procurement Support Specialist at IONITY.

Pollyana Dias Corrêa has a diverse educational background. Pollyana obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Universidade Paulista between 2002 and 2005, with a major in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
