Sean Hurley serves as the Head of Payer Account Management at Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where responsibilities include building a National Account team to facilitate the commercialization of Rare Disease products across various payer market segments. Prior to this role, Sean was the Head of Strategic Payer Accounts at Amylyx Pharmaceuticals, tasked with assembling a new Account Team for an ALS treatment launch. Sean's extensive experience in market access and account management includes notable positions at Sanofi Genzyme, EMD Serono, Ameritox, GHurley Consulting, Novo Nordisk, Roche Pharmaceuticals, and Abbott Laboratories, with a strong focus on specialty care strategies and payer relations. Sean holds a BA in US Government and Canadian Studies from St. Lawrence University.
