Mickael Rabilloud is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Sourcing and Head of Procurement at Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Since April 2023, Mickael has led the establishment of the Strategic Sourcing function, focusing on maximizing value from spending while meeting business needs. Prior to this role, Mickael was the Executive Director of R&D Procurement at Astellas Pharma US from September 2018 to April 2023, managing global procurement across multiple regions. Mickael's extensive experience includes positions at Merck, where responsibilities included enabling global procurement readiness and leading sourcing activities in research and early clinical development, and at Sanofi-aventis, where Mickael oversaw strategic sourcing for clinical and scientific purchasing. Mickael holds Master's degrees in Finance, Marketing, and Purchasing from ESC Bordeaux and in Marketing and Business Development from IDRAC Business School.
