Manohar Joshi is the SVP & Head Software Delivery at IonIdea, Inc. Manohar has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, with a focus on quality assurance, product development, and project management.

Joshi began their career at Al Stevens Systems, where they worked for 4 years 11 months in product development. Manohar then moved to Mphasis, where they worked for 2 years 3 months in product development and V&V.

In 2006, Joshi joined Celstream Technologies as Lead - Quality, Testing. Manohar was responsible for software test management for the DRM product engineering division of ContentGuard (Xerox Corporation), as well as SQA for Xerox Dedicated Development Facilities. Manohar was also a SEPG member (CMM L4). Manohar left Celstream in 2010 after 4 years 1 month.

Joshi then joined CoreEL Technologies as Head Quality. Manohar'sresponsibilities included establishing organization standard processes and institutionalization for Embedded software and systems, as well as leading the ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 27001:2005 initiatives. Manohar left CoreEL after 1 year 11 months.

In 2012, Joshi joined IonIdea as Vice President Education Products for OBE / NBA SAR Process. Manohar was later promoted to Head Hubli Delivery Center, where they oversaw Education Products Delivery. In 2014, they were again promoted to Head Quality. In this role, they were responsible for setting up and ramping up the Tier II Software Delivery Center, as well as maintaining its CMMI L3, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification. Manohar also headed the SEPG, SQA & Testing Projects at IonIdea. Joshi was promoted to Sr. Vice President & Head Software Delivery in 2016, a position they still hold today.

Manohar Joshi has a Masters of Business Administration in Information Technology and is also SixSigma GreenBelt certified. Manohar has been a project management professional since 2009 and is a member of the Project Management Institute.
