Jens Mattsson is currently the Chief Business Officer and Partner at IONA since March 2020. Prior to this, Jens worked as the Business Development Director and Strategist at Motley Agency from September 2016 to March 2020. Jens also has experience working as a Consultant and Analyst at D11 Helsinki from April 2015 to May 2016. With a background in research and project management, Jens has previously held roles such as Research Assistant at Aalto University School of Business and Project Researcher at Okmetic Oyj. Earlier in his career, Jens worked in logistics and project management within the shipbuilding industry at ALMACO Group. Jens holds a degree from Aalto University and has also studied at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
