Tommi Perälä has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Tommi is currently working at IONA as the Business Development Director, a role they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Kick.AI, where they co-founded the company in June 2016 and served as the Chief Business Development Officer. Tommi also held the position of Chairman of the Board from January 2018 to October 2020. Before Kick.AI, Tommi was the Partner and CEO of Yellou Oy from September 2014 to October 2017. Tommi also took study leave at Sanoma News Oy from January 2013 to August 2014. In the past, they have held positions at Sanoma Digital Finland and Sanoma Digital, where they were responsible for product development and the production of various services. Tommi started their career as a web designer at Leader Productions oy.

Tommi Perälä attended Aalto University School of Business from 2013.
