Davor Kovač serves as the Functional Line Manager for the Agile Management Office at iOLAP since October 2021, where responsibilities include leading project and product operations, fostering business agility, and implementing best practices. Prior experience encompasses over 14 years at Hrvatski Telekom in various roles, including Program & Project Manager and Scrum Master, focusing on Agile implementation and customer experience management. Davor has also held positions as Project Development Expert and Quality and Education Expert, contributing to strategy development, customer service improvements, and educational initiatives. Educational background includes a degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology in Osijek and experience as a demonstrator at the same faculty.
