Jo-Anne Mann has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. In 2005, they began their career at Suncorp as the Executive Manager of Customer Relationship Management, Real Estate, and People Experience. In 2016, they moved on to Serraview as the Global Head of Client Success, where they were tasked with harnessing Serraview's global customer success team and technology to help customers save money and build out their workplace of the future faster and more efficiently. In 2020, they joined SpaceIQ as the GM & SVP of Sales APAC. Most recently, in 2022, they began their role as RVP APAC at Eptura.

Jo-Anne Mann is currently enrolled at Manukau Institute of Technology. In October 2021, they obtained the Loyal Member certification from CoreNet Global and is set to obtain the Certified Chairā„¢ Executive Program certification from Advisory Board Centre in August 2022.
