Tatyana Arbouzova is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Director of Quality at Iodine Software and Founder of Innovate QA Events since January 2024. Previously, Arbouzova held the position of Sr Quality Engineering Manager at The Pokémon Company International, where strategic oversight of quality management operations and team mentorship were key responsibilities. With a strong background in quality engineering and team leadership, Arbouzova managed engineering operations at VMware and oversaw quality assurance at The Walt Disney Company. A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is reflected in leadership roles in various initiatives, including Women in Technology. Tatyana holds a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Novosibirsk State University and is currently enrolled in the LEAD program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
