Steve Pratt has a diverse work experience in the field of client support and project management. Steve is currently working as the Director of Client Support at Iodine Software since June 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Director, Customer Support at Artifact Health from October 2020 to June 2021, where they also worked as a Project Manager from February 2019 to October 2020. Before joining Artifact Health, Steve worked at MEDITECH for several years in various roles, including Manager Revenue Cycle Conversions, MEDITECH Revenue Cycle Conversions Senior Supervisor, Conversions Supervisor, Implementation Supervisor, Senior Application Specialist, and Application Specialist. In these positions, they were responsible for managing conversion projects, coordinating with different stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of tasks.

Steve Pratt attended Assumption University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
