Cyril Daloz has a strong background in leadership and entrepreneurship. Cyril is the CEO and Founder of iObeya, a company that specializes in digital visual management for lean or agile companies. Under their leadership, iObeya has developed a unique concept of virtual rooms dedicated to post-it meetings, which enables teams located in different sites to practice agile project management, brainstorming, lean meetings, and design thinking.

Prior to iObeya, Cyril was the CEO and Founder of KAP IT, a company focused on unknown services.

Cyril also served as the Metaware Software Director at Metaware Technologies from 2003 to 2005, and as the e-Business Hosting Services Manager at IBM from 2000 to 2003.

Cyril's work experience also includes being a Program Manager at Wincap from 1996 to 2000.
