Anthony Valencia, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity, venture capital, and equity research. Currently a partner at East Los Capital, a private equity firm focused on operational efficiency and technology, Anthony also serves as a board member at IO Connect Services, which specializes in cloud technology solutions. As a co-managing member of Pasadena Angels, Anthony is actively involved in providing venture capital to early-stage companies in Southern California. Previously, Anthony held positions at The TCW Group as an equity analyst and portfolio manager, and at VDH Investment Management as an equity research analyst. Anthony holds an MBA in Finance/Investments/Accounting from USC Marshall School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from UCLA.
