Jeandre van Tonder has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2014, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant in the Life Sciences division at Optimus Search. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Bleep360, initially as a Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant. In 2017, they joined Cornwall Staff Agency as a Recruitment Consultant for the Temp & Perm Commercial Division. Jeandre then moved on to RT Consulting in 2018, where they served as an Account Manager until 2019 and later as a Project Resource Manager until 2021. In 2021, they joined Precision Resource Group (PRG) as a Lead Senior Client Engagement Consultant. In the same year, they also began working at iO Associates as a Customer Success Manager, eventually transitioning to the role of Lead Customer Success Manager. Jeandre's experience is focused on recruitment in various sectors, including Tech, Digital, Engineering, and the Energy market.

Jeandre van Tonder obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Pretoria between 2008 and 2012. Prior to that, they attended St Annes Diocesan College for high school from 2003 to 2007.
