María Ángeles Páramo is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. Currently serving as the Corporate HR & ESG Director at AIRTIFICIAL since October 2022, María Ángeles previously held various HR management roles within the Airtificial Aerospace & Defense division, as well as positions at COMPOSYSTEM, S.A. and Sistemas Informáticos Abiertos, S.A. María Ángeles holds a Licenciada en Ciencias del Trabajo from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and has completed a Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention with specializations in several areas, along with a diploma in Public Administration Management from the same university.
