Rich Lehning possesses over three decades of experience in the ink and coatings industry, currently serving as the R&D Manager for Liquid - Waterbased Technology at INX International Ink Co. since February 1998. Rich has progressively advanced through roles including Senior Chemist, Lab Manager, and Lab Technician within the same organization. Prior to INX, Rich contributed as a Lab Technician and In-Plant Technician at Flint Ink Corporation from September 1990 to February 1998. Rich earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing studies there from 1986 to 1990.
