Natalia Michalska is currently gaining experience as an HRM-stagiair and Recruitment-stagiair at Coolblue since September 2024, while also serving as a Talent Sourcer at InWork since January 2024. Previous roles include HRM-stagiair at Gemeente Rotterdam, Klantenserviceprofessional at GAMMA Nederland, Marketeer at Supermarket ABC, and Gastvrouw at Eetcafe Isis. Natalia is pursuing a degree at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, expected to be completed in July 2026.
