Jenny Pichardo has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jenny is currently working as the COO/CFO at the Inwood Academy for Leadership Charter School since June 2015. In this role, they oversee the school's operational activities, manages the day-to-day operations, and ensures a smoothly functioning charter school. Jenny is also responsible for financial activities, including budgeting and financial controls.

Prior to their current role, Jenny served as the Director of Finance at the International Leadership Charter High School from August 2012 to December 2014. During their time there, they secured a 17mm Municipal Bond Deal, making ILCHS the first charter school in NYC to secure a deal through Build NYC. This accomplishment contributed to the school's recognition as one of the top 25% best high schools in the nation.

Jenny also served as an Assistant Vice President at Siebert Capital Markets, a Division of Muriel Siebert & Co., Inc., from September 1997 to August 2004.
