Laurence BLANCHARD is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive international experience spanning various industries. Currently serving as VP Human Resources at eServGlobal since 2008, Laurence oversees HR functions across multiple countries including France, New Zealand, and Singapore. Prior roles include GROUP HR DIRECTOR at ESI GROUP, where strategic HR programs were developed globally, and South Europe HR Director at CORUS, focusing on comprehensive HR services across France, Spain, and Italy. Earlier experience includes significant roles in HR and project management at Lucent Technologies, GEMPLUS, and Matra Transport. Laurence holds a Master of Science in Transportation from the Florida Institute of Technology and an engineering degree in Civil Engineering from ESTP - Grande école d'ingénieurs de la construction.
