Thibault Gueslin has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of R&D engineering. Thibault started their career in 2000 at Schlumberger as an R&D engineer, where they worked until December 2000. Thibault then joined Multitel/FPMS as an R&D engineer for a brief period, from July 2001 to September 2001. After that, they worked at Cynove from September 2001 to June 2002 as an R&D engineer. In 2002, they joined Inventel as an R&D engineer, where they worked until April 2005. From October 2002 to December 2010, they worked at Technicolor as an R&D engineer.

In 2010, Thibault Gueslin joined Swissvoice Innovation as an R&D Software Architect, specializing in embedded software engineering and architecture for VoIP applications with Dect. Swissvoice was acquired by Invoxia in 2014. Since then, Thibault has been working at Invoxia as a Senior Software Engineer/Architect.

Thibault Gueslin began their education in 1994 at Lycée Louis-Le-Grand, where they completed their high school education. From 1998 to 2002, they attended ESPCI Paris - PSL, where they earned a Master's Degree. During the same time period, from 2001 to 2002, they also pursued a Msc in Electrical Engineering at Université Paris VI.
