Cristina Cardoso has a diverse work experience in marketing and communication roles. Cristina began their career at Inloco Marketing Promocional, where they worked as a Redatora publicitária, responsible for developing projects and promotional actions for various companies. Cristina then joined Talens Publicidade, where they continued to work as a Redatora publicitária, focusing on the real estate and supermarket sectors. After that, they joined GR Comunicação, where they worked as a Redatora publicitária, creating campaigns for clients in the automotive, media, and construction industries. Cristina then worked at Mediacom Propaganda, where they held the role of Coordenadora de pauta e redatora publicitária, coordinating the team and developing advertising concepts for clients in various sectors.

In 2009, they joined Inca.Giacometti as a Redatora publicitária, where they created advertising campaigns for clients in the retail industry, and also revised all produced materials. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at SENAI/SC - Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial as an Analista de marketing, developing marketing and communication plans for all the institution's units.
