Sarah Castell is the Chief Executive Officer at Involve, a position held since August 2021. Previously, Sarah worked at Ipsos MORI from 2007 to August 2021, where roles included Head of Futures, Head of Qualitative Methods, and Head of Qualitative Research, focusing on understanding change drivers and advancing deliberative research capabilities. Earlier experience includes a position at Flamingo International Limited, a qualitative research and brand consultancy, from 1997 to 2004. Sarah holds a Master's degree in English from the University of Cambridge and an MA By Research in Sociolinguistics from the University of Leeds.
