Jared Kronitz is a seasoned professional in customer success, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Invoca since February 2022. Previously, Jared held the role of Manager of Customer Success at Granicus from June 2018 to December 2021, where leadership of a seven-member team was pivotal in achieving departmental and organizational objectives. Jared also worked as a Customer Success Consultant at Granicus, managing over 80 accounts to enhance the adoption of government solutions and improve customer satisfaction for at-risk accounts. Before that, Jared spent over a decade at Empower IT, Inc., first as a Senior Account Manager, where relationships were cultivated with client and broker contacts for more than 30 product accounts, and then as a Data Researcher and Coder, focusing on product data accuracy across multiple database categories. Jared holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
