Rachel Palmer has extensive experience in business development and account management. Currently serving as an Account Manager and previously as a Business Development Coordinator at INVO PEO since December 2015, Rachel also holds the position of Business Development Executive at Arrow Brokers since December 2016. Prior experience includes a marketing role at Appalachian Underwriters from January 2013 to June 2014, contributing to one of the largest insurance brokerages in the U.S. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, between 2006 and 2010.
