Thomas Tsai is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources and real estate management. Currently the Founder of Invista since October 2021, Thomas previously served as Real Estate Manager at Imvester, overseeing land prospecting and sales team management. As Chief Operating Officer at Imvester from June 2020 to September 2021, Thomas focused on process structuring and investor prospecting. Early career roles include Sales Executive at Vitacon, Senior Analyst in Human Resources at TozziniFreire Advogados, Sephora, and Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. Thomas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and has further education in Strategic People Management from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração.
