Emma Lambert began their work experience in 2015 as a General Assistant at Sainsbury's. Emma then worked as Street Food Staff at Crepe and Waffle House in 2019. Emma also held the role of Publicity Secretary at The University of Edinburgh Women's Hockey Club from 2019 to 2020, where they managed and produced content for the club's social media accounts. Currently, they are a Graduate Analyst at Invisors, starting in 2022.

Emma Lambert pursued their education at The University of Edinburgh from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a degree in Sport and Recreation Management. Following this, they went on to complete an MSc in Sport Policy, Management, and International Development at the same university from 2020 to 2022. In addition to their academic achievements, Emma has also earned several certifications, including becoming a District Level Hockey Umpire through Scottish Hockey in November 2019, obtaining a Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene for Catering certification from ONE-TRAINING-SERVICES LIMITED in July 2019, and achieving a National Progression Award in Sports Coaching: Hockey (UKCC Level 1) from sportscotland in February 2019.
