Grace Kay Matelich has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Grace Kay started their career as a Freelance Editor at Vanderbilt University in 2012. Grace Kay later worked as a Media Coordinator and Marketing and Outreach Intern at Adventurers and Scientists for Conservation in 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Crisis Counselor and Volunteer Operations Coordinator at the Bozeman Help Center 2-1-1, providing counseling services and coordinating with local services and law enforcement. In 2016, they worked as a Farm Hand at Gallatin Valley Botanical, where they cultivated organic fruits and vegetables and sold them at local markets.
In 2021, Grace worked as a Project Intern at USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology before joining Seniorly as a Gerontology Intern. At Seniorly, they progressed to the role of Operations Specialist, Family Operations Lead, and finally, Growth Operations Manager. In these positions, they developed internal operational processes, managed a team of support specialists, and oversaw onboarding and training of partners.
In 2023, Grace joined Invisible as an Operations Manager for AI Training. Grace Kay was later promoted to Senior Operations Manager, Director of Operations, and finally, Executive Director of Operations. Their responsibilities included managing large-scale projects, designing adaptable systems and processes, and co-managing enterprise accounts.
In addition to their professional experience, Grace is also a member of the Operators Guild, a professional network. Overall, Grace Kay Matelich has a strong background in operations management and a passion for gerontology and community service.
Grace Kay Matelich earned a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Vanderbilt University in 2013. In 2021, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Gerontology and Longevity Science from the University of Southern California. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications in Nutrition Science from Stanford University, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training from ASIST, Wilderness First Responder from NOLS Wilderness Medicine Institute (WMI), and is a Certified Yoga Instructor (200 hours) from a private institution.
