Srinivas Sharma Guntur has worked in a variety of roles since 1990. Srinivas Sharma started their career as a Supervisor at Desert Line Projects LLC Oman in 1990. In 1996, they moved to Anand Motors as an Assistant Manager Materials. Srinivas Sharma then joined Larsen & Toubro in 1998 as a Materials Officer. In 2006, they became Head Materials at Star Alubuild Pvt Ltd. In 2009, they were appointed Branch Head at Nucleus Shipping Company Pvt Ltd. In 2016, they took on the role of Business Development Manager at New Age International Publishers. Most recently in 2019, they became Director-Academic Publications at Invincible Publishers.

Srinivas Sharma Guntur completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from Delhi University in 1989. Srinivas Sharma also obtained a Diploma in Containerization, Warehouse & Logistics Mgmt. from the Institute of RAIL Transport, Delhi.
