Maïwen Maginet is an Engineer in Human–Machine Interface at Invincible since March 2023, focusing on validating end user needs for scaling chronic health management into behavioral health. Previously, Maïwen served as a Product Designer at Douglas Mental Health Institute, where responsibilities included analyzing ergonomics for the I-CogCA hub aimed at facilitating information exchange among mental health practitioners. Additional experience includes roles as a UX Designer at HEALTHCIE, where design and ergonomics were improved across agency-managed sites, and as an Activity Leader in summer camps and with disabled individuals, demonstrating skills in organization, creativity, and adaptability. Maïwen holds a Master of Engineering in Cognitive Science from ENSC - BORDEAUX INP and has a background in scientific studies.
