Glen Bowman currently serves as the Exploration Manager at Invictus Energy Limited, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Glen had an extensive tenure at Woodside Energy from November 2005 to September 2022, where various leadership positions included Head of New Energy Solutions, Head of New Energy Ventures, and Head of Global New Ventures. Responsibilities encompassed leading teams in securing emerging technologies for New Energy projects and identifying exploration opportunities globally. Glen began the career as a Geoscientist at Shell and Enterprise Oil before advancing to managerial roles. Educational credentials include a Master of Earth Sciences from the University of Oxford and an MBA with Distinction from The University of Western Australia.
