Jeremy Lai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate development and board governance. Currently serving as a Partner at Invictus Growth Partners since March 2021, Jeremy also holds board and observer positions at several companies, including Campfire Interactive, ThreatModeler Software, Binary Defense, Allbound, and LinkLive. Previously, Jeremy was the Head of Corporate Development at Forcepoint from July 2014 to March 2021, overseeing key transitions during ownership changes involving Francisco Partners and Raytheon Technologies. Prior experience includes roles at Intrepid Investment Bankers as an Investment Banking Associate and at Northrop Grumman in unmanned systems integration. Jeremy began a career in the United States Marine Corps as a Reconnaissance Marine, serving in operations in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Academically, Jeremy earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and holds a degree from the University of San Diego.
