Sagar Pandya has been working in the technology industry since 2007. Sagar began their career as a Resource Assistant at Gevritz Graduate School of Education, where they managed three computer labs and implemented and managed a department-wide electronic door lock system. In 2008, they worked as a Developer Intern at Novacoast, Inc, where they led an intern in the development of a web application and developed an enterprise data-synchronization engine. That same year, they also worked on a Senior Capstone Project at UC Santa Barbara, developing an electronic door lock that sensed a user's presence via their Bluetooth cell phone. In 2011, they worked as a Graduate Technical Intern at Intel Corporation, researching methods for the implementation of a tool for the rapid development of device firmware. Sagar also worked as a Graduate Research at iLab, University of Southern California, developing robotics control software and optimizing a computer vision algorithm. From 2013 to 2016, Sagar worked as an R&D Computer Scientist at Sandia National Laboratories. Most recently, they worked as a Software Engineer at inVia Robotics.
Sagar Pandya completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from UC Santa Barbara between 2005 and 2009. Sagar then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California between 2010 and 2012.
