Kristin Thompson has held various roles in the sales and account management fields since 2011. Kristin began their career as an Account Manager at InfoComm International in 2011. In 2015, they moved to The Association of Pool and Spa Professionals as a Senior Account Manager. In 2016, they became a Medical Device Salesperson at Acelity. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Quest Diagnostics in two roles: Physician Account Executive and Physician Account Manager. Most recently, they have been a Sales Director at inVia Robotics since 2021.

Kristin Thompson attended Virginia Tech from 2006 to 2010.
