Lucas Phipps is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Pawsitive Payments since August 2024, Lucas is dedicated to providing payment solutions tailored for veterinary practices. As Founder and General Manager of Pro Water Fitness and Pro Swim Lessons, Lucas focuses on water fitness programs for older adults and swim instruction respectively. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations at AutomateU and Edge Mobile Payments, as well as Founding positions at Tragons and MessMob, which address environmental challenges through innovative mobile gaming and data collection. Lucas co-founded Privateers Swimming & Fitness, leading it to significant growth and reputation in the San Francisco Bay Area.
