Tawana Lederman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Tawana most recently worked at InvestorFlow as a Business Systems Manager starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Intermedia Cloud Communications where they held several roles including Business Systems Manager, Lead Business Analyst, Revenue Operations Lead/Sr. Commissions Analyst, and Senior Revenue Operations Analyst. In these positions, they were responsible for tasks such as analyzing and defining enhancement opportunities, overseeing transaction processing, and launching sales compensation plans. Before joining Intermedia Cloud Communications, Lederman worked at Wild, Maney, Camera & Resnick LLP as a Staff Accountant and at ABCO Peerless Sprinkler Corp. as an Engineering Assistant/Sign-Off Coordinator.

Tawana Lederman obtained their Regents Diploma in General studies from WT Clarke HS between 1993 and 1997. Following this, they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology at Nassau Community College from 2000 to 2004. Finally, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Old Westbury from 2004 to 2006.
