Spencer Holt has extensive experience in finance and financial planning, spanning various industries. Spencer is currently the Chief Financial Officer at InvestorFlow since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of Finance at Axiad from May 2021 to February 2023. Spencer also served as the Director of M&A Integrations at RealPage, Inc. from October 2018 to May 2021. Before that, they were the Controller at Rentlytics from April 2018 to May 2021. From 2016 to 2018, they held the position of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Taos. Spencer Holt also worked as the Manager FP&A at AMAG Pharmaceuticals from August 2015 to March 2016. Spencer gained valuable experience as the Manager Finance at Cord Blood Registry, overseeing financial transformation and FP&A for a biotechnology company that was later acquired by AMAG Pharmaceuticals. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director at Fivescout, Inc. from July 2010 to July 2014. Spencer started their career as an Audit Manager at Mohler, Nixon & Williams from June 2005 to June 2010, following their role as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers from September 2001 to June 2005.

Spencer Holt has a strong educational background in business and accounting. Spencer obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University, where they studied from 1995 to 2001. Following their undergraduate studies, Spencer pursued further education and received two Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees. Spencer attended Columbia Business School from 2010 to 2011, and simultaneously studied at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business during the same period, specializing in Business Administration. In addition to their academic achievements, Spencer also holds two additional certifications. Spencer obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2012, and the Certified Public Accountant certification from CBA (California) in February 2013.
