Laura Josephik has a diverse work experience, beginning with a role as a Recreation Attendant at Innisbrook, a Salamander Golf & Spa Resort in 2014. Laura then worked as a Team Member at Chick-fil-A-Franchise in the same year. In 2015, they became a Fitness Instructor at LA Fitness. In 2017, they were an Intern at PepsiCo as a Sales & Customer Relationship Future Leader. In 2018, they began working at UNiDAYS as an Account Coordinator and Partner Strategy, where they supported the Partnership Development team with billing, reporting, and account management, and strategized, planned, and executed data-driven, omni-channel campaigns. In 2019, they became the Head of Customer Success at both Ascent Conference and Investor Summit.
Laura Josephik attended the University of Central Florida from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
