Julie Rodriguez, CPM, is a seasoned real estate professional and broker licensed in California, Georgia, and Michigan. Currently, Julie serves as the President of Property Management and Chief Operating Officer at Investment Property Group (IPG) since November 2015, following a progressive career that includes roles such as Vice President of Property Management and Vice President at HomeUnion. Julie's extensive experience also encompasses positions as Vice President of Operations at Western National Group and Regional Manager at The Irvine Company. Additionally, Julie has contributed to IREM Orange County as Vice President of Membership and Board Member since September 2010. Julie's educational background includes training from the Institute of Real Estate Management and a degree from The University of Toledo.
