Hailey Gausewitz is an experienced corporate recruiter with a strong background in the real estate and finance sectors. Currently serving as a corporate recruiter at Investment Property Group, MHC since June 2018, Gausewitz has contributed to the management of 86 manufactured housing communities across the Western United States. Previous roles include corporate recruiter positions at Sage Apartment Communities, Inc. and Celtic Commercial Finance, part of MB Financial Bank, where expertise in sourcing and placing candidates was developed. Initial recruiting experience was gained as a technical recruiter at OSTechnical and as a recruiter at Insight Global, focusing on technical staffing solutions. Gausewitz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completed in 2015.
