Rashed Iqbal is the Chief Data and Technology Officer at the Investment and Development Office (IDO) in Ras Al Khaimah, where the focus is on transforming portfolio companies into data-driven organizations. With extensive experience in technology leadership, Rashed co-founded Narrative Economics and has held significant academic roles at the University of California, Los Angeles, including advisory board positions and teaching courses in data science and analytics. Previous positions include Program Manager at Teledyne Technologies and Vice President at Elixir Technologies, with a strong emphasis on agile methodologies and data solutions. Rashed holds a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering, along with master's and bachelor's degrees in related fields.
