Andrejs Zelcs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board at SIA Auto Welle since September 2021, Andrejs also holds the position of Head of Daugavpils Business Incubator at the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia. Previous roles include Business Consultant at Silene Resort & SPA, Member of the Board at SIA Latzars, and Branch Director at ALTUM and Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka. Additionally, Andrejs has contributed to academia as a lecturer at both RISEBA and Daugavpils Universitate. Andrejs holds a Master's degree in Economics from Daugavpils Universitate, earned from 2000 to 2002.
