Zuza Janczak is an experienced Project Delivery Manager at InvestCloud, Inc., where promotion followed the successful acquisition of a PSM Certification and demonstrated leadership skills as a Frontend Developer. In this role, Zuza designed and enhanced Jira processes for efficient ticket tracking and board organization. Previous experience includes a Web Development & Scrum Master Internship at the Poynter Institute, where Zuza developed WordPress pages and improved global development efficiency through innovative styling techniques. Additionally, Zuza worked as an Art Instructor, effectively teaching painting classes, and served as VP of Community Service for The National Society of Collegiate Scholars, coordinating art events for underprivileged children. Zuza's early experience as an Assistant Windsurfing Instructor involved co-planning classes and fostering skill development among participants.
