Marcelo Salas has over 25 years of work experience in various roles within the financial and real estate industries. Marcelo currently holds the position of Managing Director - Global Network Relations at InvestAmerica. Previously, they served as the Sr. Director at Cherre, where they played a key role in developing software solutions for the real estate ecosystem. Prior to that, Marcelo worked as the VP, Business Development at JTC Americas, and as the Managing Director Business Development at CrediFi. Marcelo also held positions at Real Capital Analytics, TheMarkets.com, Informa Global Markets, OppenheimerFunds, and Bluestone Capital/Trade.Com, where they gained expertise in sales, business development, and account management. Marcelo's experience spans across various sectors, including finance, real estate, and technology.

Marcelo Salas attended Lehigh University, The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), Universidad Laica 'Vicente Rocafuerte de Guayaquil, and Long Branch High School. Marcelo also obtained certifications in S82TO - Private Securities Offerings and SIE - Securities Industry Essentials Examination from FINRA in 2023.
