Paula Fidder is a seasoned Senior Human Resources Consultant with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Investa since June 2023 and at PFN Consultancy since January 2019, Paula works with various UK and Netherlands-based SMEs, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, HR program analysis, policy compliance, and performance management. Prior to these roles, Paula held significant positions at CA Technologies as VP Area HR Business Partner for the Northern Region and EMEA Services from April 2008 to July 2018, as well as VP Area HR for the Benelux and EMEA Solution Sales. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Director of HR at CA and Director of HR at Niku Corporation Ltd from 1996 to 2005. Paula holds education credentials from London Business School and Teesside University.
