Brian MacMeekin is a seasoned professional in the finance industry, currently serving as the Global Head of Systematic Trading at Invesco Ltd. since September 2019. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Head of EMS Development at Invesco US from April 2014 to September 2019 and worked as an Equity Trader at TCW from September 1997 to March 2014. With expertise in micro-market structure and electronic trading, Brian has designed and developed custom algorithms and supervised the integration of trading platforms. Brian's technical prowess also includes architecting in-house trading systems and managing budgets associated with research and soft-dollar allocations. Brian earned a degree from the University of Southern California between 1988 and 1992.
