Jennifer Smart has a strong background in marketing and change management. Jennifer is currently working as the Director of Marketing at Invert Inc. Since 2022. Prior to that, Jennifer worked as an Organizational Change Manager at Canopy Growth Corporation from 2019 to 2022. Before that, they served as a Senior Change Manager at IFS from 2015 to 2019. Jennifer also has experience as a Content Marketing Manager at NGRAIN in 2015 and as a Marketing Communications Manager at Mxi Technologies from 2009 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Event & Marketing Coordinator at the Canadian Wildlife Federation, an Account Executive at Morningstar Enterprises, and a Support Education Coordinator at BrainLAB.

Jennifer Smart has a diverse education history. Jennifer completed a Diploma in Public Relations at the University of Victoria in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of British Columbia - Okanagan in 2004. Jennifer also holds a Bachelors degree in International Business Administration from HZ University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained in 2003. Additionally, they have a certification in the Change Management process, which they obtained from Prosci Canada, ULC. in April 2016.
